6-WAY HITCH FOR MODULAR HOME TRANSPORT

A manufacturer of hydraulic hitches that operate 6 ways (up, down, in, out, left, right), requested a complete redesign for their 6-way hitch.

Our engineering department was to design a way to double the (up) capacity of the hitch and the in and out without increasing the general overall size of the completed unit.

These obstacles were overcome by innovative design concepts.  This project required working with hydraulic cylinders, valves, and 12V DC electrical systems.
