We have designed and built testers for electric motor manufacturers that are used on the production lines.

These testers are portable on a caster base and programmed by using a PLC.  Tests include amps, watts, ohms, surge, HIPOT, on single and multi speed motors and rotation of stator core and final assembly.  All parameters are easily set up by the operator.
