INSTALLATION MACHINE

A machine to install spacers on each side of the electric motor rotor.  Machine must accommodate various shaft sizes and lengths.  Be easy to load and capable of auto unload in a production line basis.

A simple horizontal machine was designed that is easy to load, easy to set up and can be made to auto unload.  The machine requires only air to operate and is fully adjustable to handle an array of shaft lengths.

The use of this machine has benefited the company providing consistent results, eliminating rejects due to broken spacers and increasing production.
