TOUCH CONTROL ELECTRONIC SWITCH

A special touch switch was needed to help guard a small press.  Due to the parts variation other guarding was not practical.  The switch needed to be sensitive to the operator’s body and would not allow the press to operate if it did not detect the operator.

A design was constructed and a board routed out to provide the proper circuit paths.  Components were assembled and soldered into place.

This project required electronic engineering, circuit board construction and board assembly.
