BEARING PRESS

    A leading fractional horse power electric motor manufacture requested a machine that would precisely press fit ball bearings onto there rotor shafts, we took up the challenge.  The results were an air operated press that was easily set up for various sizes of shafts and shaft lengths.

Bearings were automatically feed into position from a magazine and then pressed into place.

Bearings are placed within one thousandths of an inch on either end and set up times take only minutes.
